This Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all transactions on SIOROA FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED, hereinafter referred to as “The Company,” that are governed by the laws of India. By purchasing from our platform, customers agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions regarding the exchange of products.
Eligibility for Exchange :
To be eligible for exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging, tags, and labels.
- Timeframe: The request for exchange must be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
- Non-Personalized Items: Personalized or custom-made jewellery (engraved or altered to the customer’s specifications) are **not eligible for exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email must be provided as proof of purchase.
2. Grounds for Exchange :
The Company will accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Defective Product: If the product is defective, damaged, or contains manufacturing errors.
- Incorrect Product: If the product delivered does not match the item ordered, including discrepancies in design, weight, or size.
- Quality Issues: In the event that the product exhibits any quality defects, such as tarnishing, fading, or breakage (excluding normal wear and tear), the customer may request an exchange within seven (7) days of delivery.
To facilitate the approval of such a request(s), video evidence must be provided. The customer is required to record a video of the product from a 360-degree angle immediately upon receipt of the delivery, ensuring that the video is captured under well-lit conditions.
3. Non-Eligibility for Exchange :
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products marked as final sale
- Used or worn jewellery, or products with missing tags, labels, or original packaging.
- Personalized, custom-designed, or altered items(including engraved or resized jewellery)
- Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or limited-time offers, unless otherwise specified.
4. Exchange Process:
- Request for Exchange: Customers must initiate the exchange request by contacting our customer service team at info@sioroa.com within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Return Authorization: Once the exchange request is reviewed and approved, an Exchange Authorization will be issued. Customers must return the item to the provided address, along with the authorization details.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect or company error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued above INR 999
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our quality control team will inspect the product. The exchange request will be processed only if the returned product meets the eligibility criteria set forth in this Policy.
5. Exchange Methods :
If the exchange request is approved:
- Same Product in Different Size or Design: We will send the same product in a different size or design (subject to availability) upon receiving the original product.
- Refund: A refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method **only** if the product is defective or damaged, or if the customer opts for a refund due to unavailability of an exchange item.
6. Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items as per the exchange criteria above. The refund process can take up to **14 (fourteen) business days** after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Exchanges on Promotional or Sale Items:
Products purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for exchange only if they meet the criteria listed in this Policy. However, exchanges will be subject to the availability of the product in the same category (e.g., size, design).
8. Discretion of The Company
The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with the terms of this Policy. The decision of the Company shall be final in case of any dispute regarding eligibility.
9. Limitations of Liability:
The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the exchange or refund as outlined in this Policy. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase, use, or exchange of the products.
10. Legal Compliance
This Exchange Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Modification of Policy:
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
