Order Cancellation Policy:

At SIOROA, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy for all jewellery orders:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@sioroa.com with your order details.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Non-Cancellable Items:

Items that have been customized, personalized, or are marked as “Final Sale” cannot be cancelled or returned.

3. Cancellation After Shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once the product arrives at your location. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

4. Refunds:

Once a cancellation is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges (if applicable).
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

5. Cancellation by Us:

In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, technical errors, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel your order and provide a full refund.

6. How to Cancel:

We kindly request that customers bear the return shipping cost of Rs. 99, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We kindly request that you record a comprehensive unboxing video, capturing all angles (360 degrees) upon receiving your package. This video is essential as evidence in the event of any damage claims. For optimal clarity, please ensure the recording is made in well-lit conditions.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The Goods are in the original packagin

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
For hygiene reasons, Naths (Nose Pins), Toe Rings, Earrings (including sets containing earrings), body piercing products, hair accessories, and similar items are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods To the origin .

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the return. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, in accordance with the RBI timeline.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Exchange Policy:

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please note that minor color or design variations between the product and its photograph on the website do not qualify for an exchange.

We will only process and dispatch an order if we have the exact item as ordered by you in stock. If the product you ordered is unavailable, we won’t be able to ship the order. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed accordingly.
