Shipping Policies

1. General Overview 

This Shipping Policy (the “Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which SIOROA,  the SIOROA provides shipping services for orders placed through its eCommerce platform. By accessing or utilizing the services provided by the Brand, including placing an order, the customer (the “Customer”) irrevocably agrees to comply with and be bound by the provisions of this Policy, along with the Brand’s Terms and Conditions. This Policy is subject to modification, amendment, or revision at the sole discretion of the Brand, and any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Brand’s platform. 

 

2. Geographical Scope of Shipping

The Brand’s shipping services are exclusively available within the territorial limits of the Republic of India. The Brand does not provide or facilitate shipping to any international locations. Customers attempting to place orders for delivery outside the Republic of India shall not be eligible for processing, and such orders will be automatically rejected. The Brand disclaims any liability, whether express or implied, arising from the submission of orders for international destinations. 

 

3. Free Shipping within India 

The Brand offers complimentary shipping for all orders placed within the Republic of India, subject to the terms outlined herein. This free shipping provision applies to all orders made through the Brand’s official online platform, without any minimum order value requirement, unless otherwise explicitly stated in promotional offers, marketing campaigns, or special agreements. 

The Brand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this free shipping offer at its discretion, without prior notice, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon their publication on the Brand’s website.

 

4. Delivery Process and Timeframe 

We are committed to ensuring timely and reliable delivery of all your orders. Below is our standard delivery timeline and process as per Indian e-commerce compliances:

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.

Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation with order details and tracking information once the order is dispatched.

 

Delivery Timelines

Metropolitan Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–5 working days.

Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 working days.

Remote/Rural Areas & North-East States: 7–10 working days.

(Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.)

 

Shipping Partners

We partner with leading courier companies such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post and other trusted logistics providers.

Customers will be provided with a tracking ID to monitor their shipment.

 

Compliance Note

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as natural calamities, strikes, or logistical delays.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we ensure transparency in shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines, and tracking updates.

In case of delay beyond 15 days (unless informed and agreed otherwise), the customer is eligible for order cancellation and full refund.

 

International Deliveries (if applicable)

International orders are typically delivered within 10–20 working days, subject to customs clearance.

Duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer as per the destination country’s regulations.

 

5. Risk of Loss and Ownership 

Upon the successful dispatch of the products to the designated delivery address, the risk of loss, theft, or damage to the products shall pass to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that the Brand shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft occurring after delivery has been made. Ownership of the products is transferred to the Customer at the point of successful delivery.

 

6. Shipping Exclusions and Restrictions 

The Brand reserves the right to refuse or restrict delivery to certain areas or locations within India where, due to logistical or regulatory constraints, it is unable to fulfill orders. This may include, but is not limited to, remote areas, restricted zones, or locations where external shipping carriers do not provide service. The Brand shall not be liable for any failure to deliver, delays in delivery, or non-delivery to such restricted or otherwise inaccessible areas. 

 

7. Amendments to the Shipping Policy 

The Brand may, at its sole discretion, amend, modify, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time. All amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Brand’s official website. The Customer is encouraged to periodically review this Policy to remain informed of any changes that may affect their rights and obligations. 

 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in \[City], India, and the Customer hereby consents to such jurisdiction and venue. 

 

9.Acknowledgment and Acceptance 

By placing an order through the Brand’s eCommerce platform, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Shipping Policy in full. The Customer further affirms that they have read, understood, and accept the restrictions, risks, and obligations set forth herein.
